Coaching for personal & Professional Development

Why work with a coach?

A coach won't do the work for you, but here is how a coach can help launch you to the next level:

1. A coach can be a confidant. You can tell your coach things you wouldn't tell others, because a coach is trained to understand and be non-judgmental.

2. A coach can help you see your blind spots. Everyone, even the coach, has personal areas that are out of view or awareness until someone points them out. A coach is perfectly poised to perform this critical function.

3. A coach can provide objective feedback. Other people may have agendas. Your coach has your best interests in mind in providing feedback and counsel to you.

4. A coach provides another set of eyes. Even the top performers in the world have coaches to help them see what they themselves can't see.

5. A coach can keep you accountable. Your coach can help you take on more responsibility by having you report weekly on your accomplishments and initiatives.

6. A coach can be a sounding board. Your coach can be another set of ears as you talk about the things that are bothering you. As you hear yourself have a conversation new personal realizations emerge.

7. A coach can be another source of creative ideas. You can brainstorm and try out new ideas, behaviors and mental processes as your coach provides a safe place to experiment.

8. A coach can help you create your vision. Your coach can assist you in developing your plans for success based on your values, personal strengths, background and assets.

9. A coach can help celebrate your successes and be a source of strength when you fail. Your coach can be a supportive and nurturing source of energy.

10. A coach can help you process life. Life is a process and a good coach can assist you in reviewing and re-framing what happens in your business, your sports and your life!
What should you expect?

I am looking forward to working with you. The information that follows is designed to answer some frequently asked questions and provide a better understanding of the coaching process. If at anytime this information is unclear, please feel free to email me at sharijo@EPC360.org.

What can you expect from coaching?

During the coaching process, my complete attention and focus will be on you. The coaching process is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with support and guidance. I will provide a forum for you to establish your goals. I will ask powerful and probing questions, offer different perspectives, while helping you achieve what you want most in your career and in life.  Everything we discuss will be confidential. Remember, I will always be in your corner with your best interests and your agenda at heart.

What will I expect from you?

Make your coaching sessions a priority in your life. We are a team accomplishing more together than either of us could do alone.

For this to happen, you need to be prepared for every session. Our sessions are designed to get you from where you are today to where you want to be. Feedback is encouraged. Let me know how the process is working for you.

Have fun with this process, and make sure to listen to your heart as well as your head. Pay attention to your intuition and what your “gut” is telling you. These responses occur for a reason.

Extra Sessions

Between sessions, if you need to ask questions, tell your story, or bounce some ideas around, please email me at sharijo@EPC360.org or call me at 740-275-7737.

Communication

Please share with me, your stories, your wins, and your disappointments, anything you like as well as your thoughts about coaching experience. I want to know what works and what does not.

Please note all of the details of our Policies. Please let me know if anything is not clear and we can talk about it.
